1. 100% Local image processing & zero uploads
PanoramaSlice processes all selected photos directly on your computer. Slicing, alignment, crop calculation, resizing, sharpening, and file exports occur entirely on your local machine. The application never uploads your photographs, carousel crops, or exported slides to external servers or cloud services.
The app operates offline. Slicing workflows require no internet connection, and your high-resolution original images never leave your local file system.
2. No telemetry, analytics, or background tracking
PanoramaSlice does not include analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, user profiling, or automated telemetry. The software does not transmit background crash reports, usage metrics, or telemetry pings.
No account creation, sign-in, or registration is required to use either the Free or Pro edition of the desktop software.
3. Local settings & data retention
Application preferences (such as your chosen aspect ratio, default export directory, and sharpening configuration) and local diagnostic logs are stored exclusively in standard application support directories on your device.
These local configuration files remain on your computer unless you choose to delete them. You can reset or remove all stored application data at any time by deleting the configuration files in your operating system's user profile or by uninstalling the application.
4. Optional support correspondence
If you email support at amrzriek@gmail.com, Amr Zriek receives the email address, message body, and any diagnostic logs or screenshots you voluntarily choose to attach.
This information is used strictly to answer your questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customer support. Your email service provider and mail servers process those communications in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
5. Gumroad checkout & digital delivery
Software downloads, license generation, and digital purchases are fulfilled externally through our official store on Gumroad at amrzriek.gumroad.com/l/panoramaslice ↗.
Gumroad manages checkout processing, payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and digital delivery under Gumroad's Privacy Policy ↗. PanoramaSlice and Amr Zriek never receive, process, or store your credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
6. Operating system permissions
PanoramaSlice requests standard operating system file access only to open the images you explicitly choose to import and to write exported carousel slides to your chosen destination folder.
The application does not request or require access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
7. Privacy rights & contact
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or California privacy laws), you may have statutory rights to access, correct, or delete personal data you have provided directly to us (such as support emails).
