These terms apply to the PanoramaSlice desktop application for Windows and macOS (the “Software”). They describe the license, purchases made through the official Gumroad offer, and applicable consumer protections. The offer and checkout show the edition, price, and transaction details before an order is placed.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Amr Zriek grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the edition you obtain on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial creative work. You may install it on multiple devices you own or control. You may not share, transfer, or sublicense the Software except where applicable law or these terms permit it. This license does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

The Software and its original code, design, graphics, names, logos, and documentation are owned by Amr Zriek or their respective licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their own license notices and terms.
Images you create with the Software remain yours. PanoramaSlice processes selected images on your device. Its image-processing workflow does not upload those images, and Amr Zriek claims no ownership of your photos or exported slices.
No particular update, upgrade, maintenance, or support schedule is promised. Updates or fixes may be provided at our discretion and remain subject to these terms unless a separate applicable license says otherwise.
For a paid PanoramaSlice purchase made through the official Gumroad offer, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by replying to your receipt or contacting amrzriek@gmail.com with your order details. We will honor requests made within that period. This voluntary refund policy does not limit any longer or additional rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. Gumroad’s terms and privacy policy also apply to its checkout and delivery services.
For digital content supplied immediately, an EU consumer’s statutory withdrawal right is lost only where the applicable legal requirements are met in the actual transaction. Those requirements include prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement that this causes loss of the right, and the trader’s required confirmation. These terms alone do not waive that right.
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that applicable law allows us to disclaim, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device or operating-system version. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for claims relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the affected edition, where that limit is permitted by law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Image processing takes place on your device and the app does not include analytics or automatic crash-report transmission. Support, Gumroad, and other links open external services that have their own privacy practices. See the PanoramaSlice privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live. Any court or dispute-resolution provision is subject to any mandatory rights to bring a claim in another forum.
The current version and its effective date are shown above. Changes apply prospectively. Any change affecting an existing purchase will be handled as required by applicable law.
