1. Overview

This policy describes privacy practices for PanoramaSlice desktop editions for Windows and macOS. It covers the app, not visits to the portfolio website; see the website privacy notice.

For privacy questions or requests about information you send directly to Amr Zriek, contact amrzriek@gmail.com. External providers, including Gumroad and your email provider, handle information under their own privacy notices.

2. Images and App Data

PanoramaSlice processes the image files you choose on your device. The image-processing workflow does not upload selected photos. The app does not include analytics, advertising, or automatic crash-report transmission. It does not require an account.

• The app works with the photos you select for import and saves exports to a location you choose.

3. Purchases and External Services

The app may save settings and diagnostic information, such as a local crash log, on your device. Those files stay there unless you choose to share them. If you send support a message or attachment, Amr Zriek receives the information you include and uses it to respond and provide support. Your email provider also processes that message.

If you choose a download or purchase through the official Gumroad offer, Gumroad processes the checkout and digital delivery. Gumroad may collect and process order, payment, and contact information as described in its Privacy Policy; the information made available to the product creator depends on the transaction and Gumroad’s settings. The checkout displays applicable price and purchase terms.

If you follow a support, website, or other external link, the service you open applies its own privacy practices. This policy does not describe those services’ collection or retention practices.

4. Device Permissions

The desktop app accesses image files that you select through its file-opening and export workflows. It does not need access to your location, contacts, microphone, or camera for image processing.

5. Children’s Privacy

PanoramaSlice is a general-purpose photo utility and is not directed to children. The app does not require an account and its local image workflow does not collect personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact amrzriek@gmail.com.

6. Privacy Rights and Local Data

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request about information you sent directly to support, email amrzriek@gmail.com. For information processed by Gumroad or another service, use that provider’s privacy contact and request process.

App settings and diagnostic files are stored locally. You can remove them using your device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. Support messages and transaction records are handled by the relevant email, checkout, or delivery provider under its retention practices and applicable law.
